Adobe Photoshop Cs6 Compatible With Windows 10

This doesn t need to be conclusive but i have a cs5 version of photoshop still running under windows 10.

Microsoft windows xp with service pack 3 or windows 7 with service pack 1. Photoshop cs6 13 0 not working since upgrade to windows 10. 2 adobe products rely on these programs to work. 999 usd is a lot of money though so i want to verify that windows 10 64 bit and photoshop cs6 extended are compatible with each other before making in hasty purchases.

For ealrier versions of net framework. 2 gb of ram 8 gb recommended for 64 bit. But even that cs5 is way older than cs6 it does not necessarily mean that cs6 is also running flawless. But i have to say that some time passed when i last tried it out.

I was running cs4 on a windows 7 pc and upgraded to windows 10 and it worked fine. No windows 10 is not compatible with adobe cs6 and not with some cc 2015 products either. 1 gb of ram 3 gb recommended for 32 bit. Adobe employee jun 30 2016.

The tech support for my new computer says it must not be compatible with the version of windows 10 that comes on new computers. Yes ps cs6 is compatible with window 10 however a lot of users have reported issue with amd graphics card for which a new update has been pushed. This caught me off guard especially when they started asking why i didn t want to use cc. Cs6 works fine on windows 10 build 1909 but for some reason you can t reinstall it which is a pain if you re reformatting or switching to a new computer which was my case. Limited testing with cs6 revealed no issues.

I tried the above but for it to work i had to do a couple more things.
